Elks Lodge reserves the right to cancel the raffle if less than 700 tickets are sold and convert to a 50/50.  Winner will be notified by phone, or certified mail. Winner will be responsible for tags and applicable taxes associated with the transfer of the vehicle or monies received for 50/50 if that should happen.  Picture for reference only, winner may choose any in stock Gladiator at same MSRP or order one with same MSRP.
